Quick, always helpful and available via phone and/or email.

The website is very clear and makes things easy to understand. Furthermore, when I had a claim and things weren't quite clear from the beginning on they were helpful via phone and email and processed the claim as quickly as possible. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022

Had to make a claim once and was very simple and easy

Can't say I've had to deal with them much otherwise, but when needing to make a claim for an event I couldn't do due to injury, I was able to get the money back (less fees) very easily - I guess that's the main thing you want from an insurance company! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Replies to my queries were detailed, helpful, and within minutes of sending them (about minor things, too). The team could not have been more helpful, and were clearly coordinating between departments to make things go more quickly. Up front. straight forward.

The first time I have insured a bicycle. I have ridden bikes for most of my life. reaching my seventies, I've gone electric. Covering bike theft, damage in accident. being assured any claim any injured parties (heaven forbid) will be dealt with by professional Yellow Jersey staff. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
