When claiming against a very expensive policy of which I have held (claim free) for over 5 years, there was very harsh application on ‘open to interpretation’ elements of their policy wording. Good policy, very expensive, unsatisfied at the outcome Reviewed on: 16th September 2022

Superb response to a claim

Following an accident I claimed for damage to my bike. Not only was the claim granted in full and very quickly, I was advised to have the bike checked for potential further damage which was found to need additional repair with the cost also met.
