Yonder is what Amex should now aim to be.

I started using Yonder recently as I felt Amex is losing its game with points and becoming quite stale in providing value for money. Yonder is a really nice rewards credit card and the app is very well designed. I find it quite good in terms of the points I have accumulated so far and hopefully will be able to utilise it towards a good holiday or flights. Customer service is very prompt and easy to work with. Biggest challenge would how much of this can Yonder sustain or will it change their point system in future and provide less value for money. Yonder is your friend

Great service and Excellent application

From the moment I signed up, the process was smooth and successful. I did experience a hiccup with connecting to my bank however Yonders customer service was amazing in getting the problem sorted out straight away. Even after they did resolve, they checked in to make sure that everything had worked out well and that I could continue the process smoothly. They have reinvented the travel credit card. By having a slick UI, an excellent Customer Service Department, and an incredible powerful way to earn points (and spend them) along with travel perks (insurance and NO FX fees), they appear to be Londons (then the rest of the UK, and the WORLD) Challenger to AMEX Globally. Yonder has the best customer service I’ve tried compared to any other card provider, including Amex Platinum, which is excellent.
