Yonder is smooth, clear, and enjoyable

Yonder is a very smooth experience for a user - easy to see payments, clear rules on charges and how to avoid them (including the helpful weekly payment option to keep overall credit utilisation down). Customer service is always fast and easy when I've needed it, which hasn't been often. The ways to spend points are genuinely enjoyable and often it's possible to spend them on something I already wanted to do. The only thing I'd say could be improved is more transparency around the value of points - on some experiences your points are worth more than others, but you have to do the maths yourself to work out the most economical experiences to spend your points on. Genuinely great rewards - The Yonder app is beautiful, your rewards build up quickly and there's such a great range of brands to redeem points with. I've used it for gift vouchers, meal subscriptions, cooking products, homewear & makeup shopping etc... Perfect combination of new vibey bars or restaurants to try, as well as the brands you regularly shop from to get great value from the points. Well worth having the full membership! Love that this is a UK credit card company, looking to do a modern take on credit card experiences and rewards. I had an AMEX and it just was too dated and slow and archaic.
