Experiences are brilliant and always rotating

The consistent rotation of experiences and points makes spending on yonder good for them as a business, but also good for the user. The experiences are a great way of finding new food and fun spots! Yonder’s credit card provides epic perks - the points add up very quickly and I love the wide variety of places you can choose to redeem them plus the fact the options change each month. It’s the perfect credit card for traveling with no foreign transaction fees and perks like travel insurance. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Poor Handling of Fraud Claims..

**Title:** Poor Handling of Fraud Claims – Avoid Yonder! Yonder completely failed to handle my fraud complaint effectively. A fraudulent account was opened in my name, impacting my credit and mental well-being, yet they dismissed my concerns without proper resolution. Their investigation was unhelpful and lacked transparency, leaving me to deal with the fallout. If this is how they treat victims of fraud, I’d strongly advise against using their services. Yonder is what Amex should now aim to be.

I started using Yonder recently as I felt Amex is losing its game with points and becoming quite stale in providing value for money. Yonder is a really nice rewards credit card and the app is very well designed. I find it quite good in terms of the points I have accumulated so far and hopefully will be able to utilise it towards a good holiday or flights. Customer service is very prompt and easy to work with. Biggest challenge would how much of this can Yonder sustain or will it change their point system in future and provide less value for money.
