Amazing customer service - makes a difference!

As a consumer, when you have so many options to chose from, nothing matters more than the experience of the service provided. That’s the key differentiator. That’s what I heard about Yonder and now I experience it every day. Whether it is about a concerning last transaction which I did not recall, or just a silly question asked to the live chat - responses were always immediate and amazing. Changed the way I use credit

I had an Amex more or less gathering dust in my wallet for years. I only used it for flights and holidays, and over the course of a year I didn’t use any benefits or have access to the cash back. Since getting Yonder it’s genuinely changed how I spend. I put everything on there (paying it all off at the end of each month of course). I’ve used experiences for a range of dinners where I can pick up the tab and look especially generous, meanwhile knowing I’ve actually got £100 off. I also love the recommendations for places to go because London is so bursting with great food it can actually be hard to know what’s worth the effort. The card also looks very nice, and I feel fancy when I use it. Have also been complimented on the card which makes me feel very bougie. Huge fan, constantly recommending to friends. 10/10 for Yonder!
