I have been a loyal customer of Cashplus Bank for several years now, both for my personal banking needs and my business account. Reflecting on my experience over these years, I can confidently say that Cashplus has consistently delivered exceptional service and reliability. Despite not having a physical branch nearby, I have found their digital services to be incredibly convenient and user-friendly. Whether I'm managing my personal finances or handling transactions for my business, the platform has always been intuitive and efficient. I have had minimal need to interact with their customer service department, which in itself speaks volumes about the reliability of their services. The one time I did require assistance, it was for a technical issue with my phone unrelated to my accounts. Not only was the issue promptly resolved, but it was a pleasant surprise to speak with someone from my own hometown, Liverpool.
