New to Cashplus and very impressed with how easy it...

New to Cashplus and very impressed with how easy it is to manage our account. The staff are always helpful when we call, offering good advice, which has been very useful and we have been recommending to many friends. It is so much less stressful than our previous bank and very helpful in the present climate as customers need to have confidence in their bank and the ability to speak on the telephone to a person, not a computer. Definitely no regrets at finally making the change to a bank that actually understands customers needs. Originally, we felt that the account only being dealt with by one director, was uncomfortable and that we both need access to our account. The lovely young lady that we spoke to informed us that she would send out a form for my husband to be recorded as the other account holder. This allows both of us to deal with our account.
