Simplicity at CashPlus

I was very sceptical in advance of being a CashPlus customer given that you were forced to use the App only. Exclusively using the App has however been very simple and effective, meaning that I have been able to do all transactions whilst on the move. Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

Old customer

I have been a cashplus customer for years and i have just realised that old account holders get charged 99p for every transfer they make while new accounts only 10p per transfer. Ripping off the customers who have been there since the beginning customer service is unreliable too emailed them to complain and they answered by you have to call customer service not email Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

So much better than dealing with the Big Boys.

OVERALL JUST HASTLE FREE BANKING

I have been with Cashplus now for 3 years after loosing faith with my local highstreet bank ( Who are completely usless by the way) . I find Cashplus hastle free and easy to use, the App is fantastic and Customer Services ? Well what can I say ? On the couple of rare occasions where I have had to contact Customer Services - Guess What ? You actually get to speak to a REAL PERSON straight away !!!
