better than any high-street bank

during lockdown trying to start a business and cashplus were the only bank to offer any business accounts, applied to HSBC and still haven't had any response over 3 years later! Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Simple to use and an excellent service

Very easy and accessible

I've been with Cashplus for the past 2 years for my business account. I've never had any issues. The online app is very easy to navigate and use. The verification systems they have in place make me feel secure when banking with them. I'd definitely recommend Cashplus to anyone looking for a new account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Fraud Alerts

I have had a number of clients have issues with making payments to my account due to main high street banks not recognising this bank as legit. I have been accused of things by clients whereas I like to take a complete professional approach which is difficult if clients think you are a fraudster! The best solution was a printed letter from the top but not enough to convince customers that this is legit. I won't be able to continue with this account if the problem does not stop. Otherwise I have found this bank easy, simple app, good customer service and great cash back deals! Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
