I would and do highly recommend them

I can't fault them at all - Great value for money and great customer service when I did have an issue (Which wasn't Zempler's fault!) I would and do highly recommend them to anyone looking for simple, honest banking. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Simple to set up my business bank accountand...

It was simple to set up my business bank account and the app is also easy to navigate. The only downside are the high fees on top of the annual banking fees. The bank does it’s due diligence in terms of security and keeping customers updated on phishing and scamming tips etc. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Great bank easy to use, helpful, definitely recommend!

I was given good feedback on Zempler, so I switched my cat rescue account to a business account for the cat rescue. It was SO easy and quick. App is really easy to use. Haven't really had to use customer services much as have been able to find answers out on the app etc, but very professional and helpful. I intend to keep Firs Feline Rescue banking with you for the long term! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
