EFFICIENT SERVICE

Easy to use and efficient service makes my life easier. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Quick and easy...

From day one they have been quick and easy to use. We have had no real problems and if you do they are quick to get hold of and rectify, nothing like the 40 mins or so with other high street banks. We did initially think to use them until Barclays got the account open (12 wks to sort), but we have decided to stay put. 10/10 Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

The best

Banking with Cashplus is very safe. Their banking up is user friendly, it is very simple and easy to navigate through it. It is easy to track your spending, to download statements and to pay or transfer money. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

They are very basic

The customer service at Cashplus has always been great, they have been very helpful and treated me fairly. The costs of having a business account with them is excessive, the annual card fee is ridiculous and the banking facilities are very basic and payments take forever to clear Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
