Hard to find any faults

As a small business sole trader, Cashplus Bank has met all my needs perfectly. I didn't realise it would be so easy to set up, move money in and out and keep my business cash separate and secure. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Quick and easy to use for the business and clients

I run a small sole trader gardening business and from the start it was so easy to set up a cash plus account so that I could be paid through invoices by my clients. I can then pay myself or suppliers such as nurseries at the click of a button once set up. Having the app on my phone means that I can transfer funds or check balances on the go. For an untech savvy person like myself it has been a breeze, saving me tonnes of time and also helps when working out earnings as you can look back at monthly statements. Easiest application and support around

The quickest and easiest ban k to apply for, saved a lot of time when setting up our new company and support has been fantastic, both online and on the phone. Always quick to get back to you with any queries asked. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

You shouldn't allow them to even apply for an award

This happens to be the worst business I have ever dealt with. I'd suggest it is easier to deal with North Korea than CashPlus. Customer service is awful. Slow. Rude and condescending. I run a limited company and have had rapid growth and CashPlus do not have the facilities to accommodate me. I have had to explain to them a number of simple business processes, such as invoices. The business has limits on the amount of money you can hold in accounts and will not allow limit increases which has been a real struggle for my business. I have to call up weekly and wait 30mins to then withdraw cash to hit their target. The bank doesn't allow international payments. I could go on but this should give you an indication.
