A great bank to do business with!

At first I was apprehensive about Cashplus Bank but now I have got to know them they are great, you can speak to a person not a robot and they care about their customers. I would and have recommended Cashplus to other business's. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Astounding

I needed an account for my community hub and the online app was absolutely so easy and the account was opened within 48 hours and it helped me excel in my community hub projects. The team are on point for any problems they are on hand to help amazing customer services Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Poor communication

Cashplus blocked my account for 1 week for no apparent reason and no prior warning. Nobody to phone and discuss with. I had to wait for a someone from cashplus to phone me back. No date or time given for return call so I had to sit and wait for it. Once my account was reinstated I wasn't informed of this and still have not been told why my account was blocked. 0/10 is my rating for cashplus. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
