Very easy to set up and excellent service

Very easy to set up and as majority of the use is simply by the app then it’s perfect for my needs. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

A bank I am comfortable with.

I have been completely satisfied with the banking service, the App is easy to use and provides me with everything I need. I have only had to phone the bank on two occasions and each time I have spoken to someone who has been able to help me immediately, and I have been able to understand them. Basic, lacks customer focus
