Terrible company. In the middle of the COVID-19 crisis, they put my business at risk by making it difficult for me to accept payments totaling almost £170,000, which in the end they refused to accept. When I called to complain about this, no help was offered. The complaints team asked me to wait 3 weeks whilst they investigate, and then informed my they would be closing my account. Avoid this company, it's just not worth the stress, or the risk. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Very good online bank

While all my experience with CashPlus has been online, it was a very easy and painless process to get my account set up. I use the mobile and tablet Apps for my daily needs. They are user-friendly and really easy to navigate. The only negative at the moment is that I cannot add my debit card to ApplyPay, but I have no doubt this will be available sometime in the future.
