Not valued

I've been with cashplus for many years even before becoming a bank, but as a service I feel less valued. In all these years I have never been offered an increase and a few hours after deciding to leave I receive an email asking for a review. I'm very saddened from when I phoned to end my credit card to of not even had any sorry or an offer to stay, just very unvalued. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
