Easy and simple to use

Easy to use, simple and clear app which helps me see my statements, balance and make payments. Have only used customer service a handful of times but they've always been easy to speak to and very helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Overall good

when I applied I was approved instantly and I was very pleased. but it frustrating when you only can withdraw 50 at a time. It takes alot of time and patience. Also take fee for every transaction. But overall it’s good. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

100% very pleasant and approachable .

Any occasion i have had to query a transaction that i don’t recognise, i have been spoken to by a very pleasant representative of Zempler Bank who has talked me through my transaction and showed me that’s it is my memory that is going and that the charge against my account is a valid charge.
