Sofa Burn Liability

I had horrific burns due to inhibitor in a Land of Leather sofa imported from China. Despite admitting negligence, Land of Leather declared bankruptcy and their insurers, Zurich, only paid me a tenth of the compensation due to a contrived plan with Land of Leather. Their directors opened the next week under a different name. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2016
