Telephoned to add a vehicle to our fleet insurance. Spoke to Claire. Really easy to run through and didn't take long to get the quote. Claire kept the details on file so that, when I telephoned two days later on vehicle collection, her colleague Jas was able to process the add on quickly for me. Very happy. I was searching for an insurance company that would be able to fit the needs to cover my converted dog grooming van. After numerous rejections thankfully I found Tania and she was more than brilliant, was really positive from the start of the phone call and it was a very relaxed conversation. She knew exactly what type of vehicle I had and knew exactly what type of cover I needed.
