One of the easiest vehicle insurers I have ever dealt with

We have contacted 1st choice getting quotes and making changes to our fleet insurance over the last couple of months. It has been so easy and quick to do, every email I've sent has been replied to within a couple of hours. Lucy Courtney has been absolutely great dealing with our changes, within 20 minutes Lucy gave me a quote for a new vehicle (which I accepted), added the vehicle to our policy and emailed me the new documents, I've never had an insurer be that 'on the ball' EVER! Would I recommend 1st Choice?, based on my experience with them to date 'YES DEFINITELY'. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

I called 1st Choice and spoke with Gemma after another insurance provider had let me down. After listening to my situation and taking my requirements, Gemma was able to work quickly to get me a suitable insurance policy in place. Good customer service

Telephoned to add a vehicle to our fleet insurance. Spoke to Claire. Really easy to run through and didn't take long to get the quote. Claire kept the details on file so that, when I telephoned two days later on vehicle collection, her colleague Jas was able to process the add on quickly for me. Very happy.
