Having used 1st Choice for several years we have always found them to be really helpful and professional when we have come to renew our policy. Nothing is to much trouble all concerns are carefully discussed to ensure we get the exact cover that we need each year. Prices are also very competitive without compromising our requirements. It seems such a difficult thing nowadays to find a company that has any real level of customer service, asking the right questions and taking a real interest in you and your company needs. A genuine desire to understand what you and your business are all about. We have a specific need and Tanya has been my highlight of customer service for as long as I can remember. Not only did Tanya source who we needed to insure with today but also helped develop a plan for when our needs change. I have absolute confidence in the policy we have signed up for.
