The gentleman I dealt with explained fully to me why cruise insurance is more expensive than holiday insurance. I tried several companies to get this explanation but the others were not forthcoming. Being upfront is very important especially to people who've never done a cruise before. The cost was good and the documents arrived promptly. 1st Choice Insurance is my 1st choice.

I have been having my pre-existing medical travel insurance with this company for years. They always cover my pre-existing medical travel insurance at a fair price. I have recommended this company to many friends. If those friends don't use this company it is up to them, but they are missing out on a great and comprehensive cover at a great price.
