It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

we have been insured with Craftinsure Insurance for 20 years and found they are reasonable priced .We have had 3 boats, had quotes from companies but kept with them because of great customer care we get from them and support when we had to make a claim they helped us through it with ease and paid accordingly Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
