It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

CraftInsure's customer service is excellent!

CraftInsure's customer service has always been second to none. Really quick to get hold of, responsive and helpful. Explaining their terms properly and ensuring you really understand what you're covered for. They even went out of their way to ensure I managed to close a claim that had been so stressful I'd forgotten some of the steps I needed to do to complete. They reminded me regularly, with clear updates on how much time I had to claim, walked me through the steps and were really understanding at how stressed the incident that led to the claim had made me. I was really impressed with the attentiveness and help. If you're neuro divergent or struggle with admin I'd highly recommend this insurance company! Reviewed on: 9th October 2025
