It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

My boat is wooden and very old. Craft insure over the past seven years provide me competitive cover at a reasonable cost. They also provide cover for an electric beach winch which was easy to arrange. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

i had been with CraftInsure for a few years will whilst my boats was parked in my space at Old Windsor Marina a very old willow tree decided to fall over. It sunk a 28 ft Viking boat next to me which was a write off. One large branch caught my boat and only done a much smaller amount of damage. ( hood frame and bow safety chrome bar ) this was for an experience i have not had before. The assessor agreed the claim and every got fixed and i got a cheque from Craftinsure and i am still with them. I also still recommend them to all my boating friends. ( by the way the boat that sunk was also with craftinsure and he was happy with his outcome as well ) Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

Straight forward, on time, helpful and proactive.

Straight forward, always on time with early renewal notes and simple process without trying to inflate prices. On the time my boat was damaged (by another), although it went through the other parties insurance, Craftinsure were very helpful on advice etc. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025
