It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Everyone was so helpful, my husband had died so the policy had to be changed to my name. They made the policy for the new year the same price as it would have been for my husband.
