It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Straight forward, on time, helpful and proactive.

Straight forward, always on time with early renewal notes and simple process without trying to inflate prices. On the time my boat was damaged (by another), although it went through the other parties insurance, Craftinsure were very helpful on advice etc. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

Ultimately disappointing

I had a very good experience with Craftinsure after losing some equipment, but then they joined/merged with/were taken over by Ripe Insurance and my next premium rocketed. I won’t be renewing. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
