It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I have insured with Craftinsure for a number of years.

I have insured with Craftinsure for a number of years. They are competitive on price and understand the needs of dinghy sailors. They have not always been the best at communicating (EG notifying me of the need to renew) but when I get hold of them, they are generally very helpful. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
