It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

When I bought my precious wide beam barge I looked around for insurance quotations. I was recommended Craftinsure so I telephoned them. They went through my requirements patiently as a new acquisition for me and little knowledge of boat insurance.
