Used service in the past. No drama due to efficiant and well trained staff. Easy to obtain secured loan as long as you have the savings to cover the amount you want to borrow. The paperwork is straightforward and money goes into your bank account quickly. Reviewed on: 26th June 2026

Every enquiry or loan application has always been dealt with in an Efficient, friendly manner.Nothing is too much bother. I am not very good at these matters and they take the time to listen, advise and talk you through in a manner that you understand.. Having this in my life has helped tremendously particularly when my familyl where younger. I have been a member since it first opened and a lot of the old faces are sadly no longer with us. "Once again" I needed some cash as we were moving into a new home. It was a very fast turnaround so when I spoke to the EastKilbride credit union, it was no problem at all. The service of the friendly staff and knowledgeable into the bargain. The whole process was done and dusted the same day and money into my bank before 17:00 that day. I just applied and secured a loan and all online. I had a couple of hiccups however the staff were amazing and with a couple of emails my hiccups were cured. The whole process was so effortless and easy to follow instructions. I highly recommend EKCU. Reviewed on: 17th June 2026
