I was in a really bad place and did not know where to start my friend said try this company so I did and they did not judge me they helped me and from that day I have had many more loads from them my first load got me out of a dark place and on the road to recovery it was a very bad time for me and my family I did not know which way to turn I was living on a pension and paying one company £240 week in loan repayments but now I am happy paying £200 a month and having top up when I need them and the company I was paying £240 a week was paid off and because of pennine community I am free and my family and me are so much better off because of them. Help to breathe again!

After struggling financially and mentally drained PCCU provided me with a loan. They don’t just want you to pay the loan back but to help you whilst paying back by offering you a savings plan and a Christmas plan (Christmas is always a worry and I have always struggle throughout January after the festive period so I’ve never looked forward to that period). However, last Christmas I actually looked forward to it knowing I at least had my savings and Christmas fund. They do take their time to assess your situation without judgement and have a rapid response when you apply for a product. I have recommended PCCU to struggling friends and family and they have said the same as me. I may not be where I’d like to be financially but with PCCU I can breathe watching my savings and Christmas funds build every month ready for any unexpected financial difficulties or even just Christmas.
