I am a very small business who only puts a small amount of revenue through pay it monthly but never once have I felt like the most valued client ever. The customer service is excellent with quick and knowledgeable responses. This has been a valuable addition to my business that has increased my turnover and I recommend to my industry regularly . We don’t usually use finance for purchases, but the garage we use for our motor home offered us to spread the cost on an urgent wiring repair which cost just over £1000. It was great as this was totally unexpected and awful timing! Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Our product was perceived by customers as being too expensive. By partnering with payitmonthly we reduced the barrier with customers being able to spread the payments. We were worried about some potential risks of customers not being treated well as bnpl doesn't have the greatest reputation. However, we found everyone a delight to deal with and it felt more like an extension of our team rather than risking our reputation to a 3rd party. Reviewed on: 20th May 2025
