I truthfully can’t fault PayItMonthly. I think for me it’s knowing that I can at any point contact the team and they will be there to answer my questions. The reliability enables me to not worry about the sector that they control for me. Pay It Monthly has truly saved my business. With the rising cost of living, it’s been incredibly tough for small businesses—especially those of us in the service industry. Being able to offer clients the option to spread their payments has been a game-changer. It means they don’t have to dip into their savings, and we don’t lose out on sales. In fact, it’s actually increased our sales. The customer service team is fantastic—always available to answer any questions and super helpful. Yes, the service isn’t the cheapest, but it’s money you wouldn’t have had if clients couldn’t spread the cost. For me, it’s a no-brainer. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2025
