Thistle CU retain the spirit of community for decades

This has been a pillar of the community for me for generations. I joined when I was at school and am now in my 40s. The world has evolved but the credit union still operates on the fundamentals that bring communities together and for that I am grateful to still be a part of it. This provides real support to working class families who each have their own story’s to tell and why sets Thistle apart is the fact they listen to the person. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2026

Excellent credit union

I have savings with Thistle credit union and have looked at loans they offer and much better rates and options offered than ones which are available else where. The members of staff are excellent and very helpful when on the phone! Reviewed on: 29th April 2026
