Very good service.

Very good service. Very good customer service. Only thing to change is when a payment fails and you msg asking for payment to be made but when it is paid you still take the DD a few days later. That could hurt people's finances. When it happened to me I wasn't offered a resolution I was asked if I wanted to complain. As it wasn't an issue for me it wasn't a concern but for future reference you really should rethink how you communicate this to people. Apart from that I would definitely recommend abound. Prompt service but cost of service very high.

The process was thorough and diligent, it could have taken less time as the bank uses all agencies to verify the client status so a lot of the work and client history is readily available. I was also pre approved for a lower interest rate loan but they ended up charging me higher interest rate which will make the overall cost of loan much higher than what they advertised for- which was a bit dishonest. The monthly repayment at the pre approved stage was £200 but the final monthly repayment amount turned out to be £293 - which is a lot more when spread over 5 years. That was not very transparent and fair- unfortunately as I had an emergency, I had no choice than to accept what they were willing to give me. Otherwise, I was grateful for their service.
