I have had brilliant experiences due to satisfactory customer services when I have had to call and get info about my account. When my payment is due etc. I always receive a text to let me know when payment is due which helps make sure money is in bank Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

I got a loan through Abound and have nothing bad to say about the process whatsoever. My application was very easy, with Abound guiding me through each stage. Everything about the terms of the loan were clearly explained, and I felt I was getting good value for money. Since taking the loan, I have been very satisfied with the customer service.
