I have been with abound now over 4 years, they have been very accommodating and always been quick to respond with any of my queries. I originally applied for my loan to consolidate debt and help with some bills, since then i have topped up twice to help with a medical bill and to help with some housing renovations. Efficient and clear communication!

It is very easy and efficient to access abound, the customer communication is great. I receive emails and text to notify me when a payment is due. On the online portal, you can see how many payments are left, your remaining balance - everything is very clear. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
