Generally positive just one minor issue

Generally positive, the only negative I've experienced was that one of my first payments showed a late fee despite the payment coming out on the date mandated by Abound. This issue was reversed before I noticed, and when I raised with customer services they told me nothing was needed from me and the error had already been corrected so didn't impact my credit score etc. They proactively handled the issue and customer service were quick and helpful. Customer friendly company.

I haven’t dealt with customer service as of yet but have received good service from Abound to not have warranted needing customer service. I appreciate the fact that the late fee is not applied until after 7 days from notice of missed payment. Very useful and customer friendly. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
