Customer service was great when I needed to change payment due to change of job and pay day it was quick and effient and was sorted by the end of the day and no need to call just used the online help line which was easy to use!! Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

I was skeptical about applying for a personal loan, but Abound exceeded all my expectations. The application took less than 10 minutes, and I had an approval decision almost instantly.
