Very quick process

I had a very positive experience with the overall loan application process. From the beginning, the customer support team was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Excellent service and so friendly!

Abound have been excellent from start to finish, I had an issue with fraud in January and I had no money and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so unbelievably sweet and helpful. I have recently used the top up to my loan which was so simple and easy to do. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
