Excellent Online Experience

As with most things these days being able to access a website is one of the most important feature a look for when using any service. The ageas website is one of the best, easy to navigate and find information about policy - documents and policies are easy to download. Live chat feature works well and when the bot can't answer a question moves over for an agent to help. I've used the site and chat feature to update vehicle details and check current documents. Easy to use and great value.

A very efficient service, easy to use and great value, though it's not for those who prefer an actual person to speak to. Having said that, the true measure of an insurance company is when you need to make a claim and fortunately for me, that hasn't happened. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS PLEASE!

My car driven into while stationary, 3 years later and still not settled yet have doubled my monthly payments they simply don’t care, please don’t use these absolute thieves, I’ve had to get the Financial ombudsman involved just to be able to sell my car and go with a different company.
