Lifetime cover for rescues

I adopted my JRT at 10 years old and most insurance companies refused to take her on, as she had cover with Agria at the shelter (they cover all their animals!) they offered a lifetime cover for rescues if the cover remained unbroken- so I took on the cover and they got my gorgeous girl through a number of big ops and have always been efficient, helpful and friendly on the phone! After Maggie was taken ill and stayed at the vet for a week, I was harassed by the out of hours vet despite my filling all the forms in as asked. Agria were patient and understanding and were able to clarify everything for me. All is now well and I have peace of mind that should anything else happen, Agria will be there..
