Peace of mind

After Maggie was taken ill and stayed at the vet for a week, I was harassed by the out of hours vet despite my filling all the forms in as asked. Agria were patient and understanding and were able to clarify everything for me. All is now well and I have peace of mind that should anything else happen, Agria will be there.. I have made a few claims for my cats and dog, and every time, everything I have claimed for has been covered and settled really quickly. This gives me a generally reassured feeling over my pets' health as I know I'll be able to pay for anything they may need. Also, I've found the customer services at Agria so nice. Even when I just have a quick query they always are interested in my pets and have a genuine interest in them - they make me feel really looked after and I would never choose any other company to insure my animals.
