Had great experiences so far, people on phone are helpful, friendly and not pushy sales people, offers we're great and easy to claim, and the price is great as you get a multipet discount. My cockerpoo Annie and I are originally from Sweden. Agria Pet Insurance has been with us since she was a puppy. When she was about a year old, Annie had to have surgery to treat a luxating patella. The surgery was covered by Agria and she recovered fully. When we moved to the UK, I was anxious about her insurance as I thought I would have to change insurance company and that that would mean any new instances of luxating patella would not be covered. Lo and behold, Agria was there for me and the friendly customer service personnel on the phone help line ensured that our move from Agria Sweden to Agria UK was completely seamless and we maintained our coverage with regard to luxating patella.
