I have nothing but praise for Agria. Not only are their staff patient & friendly but in the unfortunate event your pet is poorly or had an operation etc & you need to claim on your insurance there is no hold up or hesitation in them paying, this is always paid quickly & without constant communication between each other which is great. Best insurance help for the dogs you love

Having accepted the insurance company that was in place when we adopted a new rescue dog last summer, within weeks she developed possible serious health problems. It was very scary as it involved breathing issues. We already loved her to bits so other worries at this time would have made our lives very difficult. My husband is terminally ill and I have health issues so this seemed the last straw. Agria knew nothing about our situation , however they dealt with us in a very friendly manner and were brilliant in their handling of the vet bills.
