Agria insure our Border Collie, Pepper. We have always been reluctant to claim on any insurance policy but had to when Pepper had an accident recently. The response from Agria and turnaround on payment was first class, highly recommended. A+++ Reviewed on: 15th August 2020

Very quick and easy claims procedure

We recently had to make a claim and my telephone call was answered by a very pleasant member of staff who was able to explain the claim procedure for me and was contacted by email to inform me claim had been received and when I would be contacted again regarding outcome.
