Since we became the proud owners of Lucy fur{aka Wednesday} January 2020, we have been very happy with the service and support of Agria pet insurance, very good customer service given whenever we needed to speak to them on the phone about anything we had questions about and were able to resolve our problem. Very quick and easy claims procedure

We recently had to make a claim and my telephone call was answered by a very pleasant member of staff who was able to explain the claim procedure for me and was contacted by email to inform me claim had been received and when I would be contacted again regarding outcome. I have nothing but praise for Agria. Not only are their staff patient & friendly but in the unfortunate event your pet is poorly or had an operation etc & you need to claim on your insurance there is no hold up or hesitation in them paying, this is always paid quickly & without constant communication between each other which is great.
