Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Fantastic! Have everything good to say about Agrii!

My Maine Coon had a rare condition with her hips, both hips had to be operated on and 1 operation failed leaving her to have all in all 4 operations before the age of 2. Agria were fantastic, no problems with paying out and all on time with my vet. Cannot thank them enough for their caring approach anytime I have called and subsequent claims for other things. Amazing cover for my babies

Agria are the most amazing pet insurance I've ever had. My 2 year old dog was diagnosed with epilepsy this year and they have been super supportive and quick in processing the ongoing claim. Their life cover policy is brilliant and so is their customer service. Also the only company who would insure my 12 year old cat with out asking for life's earnings. Simply the best, better than all the rest

We have had to use our insurance twice now for one of our dogs, they are efficient, friendly and have great cover available at a reasonable price compared to competitors. We have working dogs so needed a high level of cover, this was the only one on the market which would have suited which didn’t cost an absolute fortune. Professional and efficient

Unfortunately for our German Shepherd she ruptured her cruciate ligament in one of her hind legs,this then resulted in a major operation at quite a cost. Agria delt with our claim quickly and efficiently,we would recommend Agria to anyone Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
