The best customer service

This is the first time I’ve used Agria, and it was the first time I’d even had pet insurance. I spoke to Ashton and he helped by explaining what the different covers could do, and the value of it. He gave me different scenarios to help me decide which one would be the best one for my pet and I couldn’t thank him enough for it as insurance as a whole is a complete mind field for me. He took his time and was very patient with me as I am a very indecisive person. At the end on the phone call it was almost like I had a new friend, that’s how kind and considerate his customer service was. Agria as an insurer is also very beneficial, I’ve been able to get a free vet consultation with them for joining, and what they provide just gives me peace of mind 24/7. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Fast payment and very helpful

Most efficient insurance company I have dealt with 5**

My pet has had a few claims due to his condition and the company are always there to call and pay the claims usually within a few days of receipt. Not one complaint about them. I had an late night emergency with my pup on New Years Eve and the bill for the out of hours vet was shocking but after paying my excess Agria paid the vet directly saving me the worry of trying to find £2000. The claim form was easy and straightforward to complete and the bill was paid within a week of claiming. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
