AVOID AT ALL COSTS Worst insurance company ever. They tell you to put in a claim from the vet. You do and then they deny without giving you a reason. When you call, they... Read more Reviewed on: 13th January 2024

In praise of Agria

From the first call to Agria when seeking pet insurance I have since received polite and helpful service together with a very reasonable premium. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2020

Fantastic company, sympathetic and efficient

5
I’ve been with agria for a few years now and had lots of different experiences. I’ve always found them to be both sympathetic and effective in supporting me with lots of situations. Sadly, my Bengal was involved in an RTA and died as a result. Agria got everything sorted for me with the vets really rapidly. This took a huge stress away at a really sad time. I always insure my pets and wouldn’t choose a different company. My Labrador Orlaith is fully insured with agria which means I have peace of mind that she’ll get the care she needs for the rest of her life. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2020

Top Quality Company who actually Care!

5
I have two Miniature Dachshunds and sadly, both have had two Spinal Surgeries each. All four operations have been caused by accidents; Lottie’s last one by a Labrador which just ran straight into her, causing two burst discs in her spine. It has been a long haul of painful surgery, physio and hydrotherapy, but I have felt supported all the way by Agria Pet Insurance. I have recommended them to so many friends, who haven’t had the same Professional Service from their Pet Insurers. A 5* Company. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2020

No hassle quote and purchase

It was very easy to get an online quote and subsequently purchase the policy at a very reasonable premium Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Very friendly and pet focused customer service

The representative gave me the options and the time to consider these and research against other products. Very clear in answering my many questions. No hard sales at all. Just relaxed and informative. I had a great experience and would recommend the approach and the products. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Excellent customer service

I took over cover from a previous owner and the transition was very smooth. Good level of cover offered. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

So glad I chose Africa for my kitten

4
My kitten is now 3 years old!!! But back when I bought him I trawled through the choices for pet insurance. I decided on Agria, they certainly weren’t the cheapest, but were affordable, and I wanted a company that didn’t hook me in with low premiums in the first few years only to put prices stupidly in the following years. We have had a few trips to vets with him along with many tests. For all these my vet has made a claim directly to Agria and these have all been quickly settled in accordance with my policy. The only thing that wasn’t was for some preventative dental treatment to minimise future treatment for him. So I am a happy cat owner and Agria policy holder! Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020
