Super friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.

I did the insurance for my first dog online which was super easy. However having just got another pup, gave them a call to sort. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and really lovely to speak to. He reminded me of loads of things I had forgotten about about my first policy. Everything wad super clear and easy to follow. They are not at all pushy or just out for business. Brilliant company. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

How Shih-Tzu who is three years old had a poorly belly and had to go to the vets for checks and medications the bill went into a few hundred pounds but as soon as the vets sent the paperwork to Agria pet insurance they got in touch with me to tell me they have received the final bill from the vets and the money would be in my account in a few day as good as there word it was ,thank you so much Agria Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Best insurer for older pets

I’ve had multiple cats for many years and had a number of insurers before Agria- none have come close. As pets age, inevitably they start to collect various ailments, some by the bucketload- and lesser companies massively hike the premiums or refuse to pay out after a certain amount/time. Terrible twosome

Both my fur babies are covered by Agria, and both have received their princess presents from this fantastic company. More than anything the staff that I have spoken too have been so attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend and use Agria again. The most straightforward pet insurance I have ever had.
