Agria were extremely helpful when my cat was taken ill, I contacted the help line and after talking to them contacted the vet. After his treatment Agria liaised with the vet direct and paid the bill very promptly, they also kept me informed about what was happening with regards to payment. Brilliant insurance company

I simply can’t fault Agria. We have had to make a couple of claims over the last 5 years and both times they have been super easy to deal with and prompt at processing. As with most things you don’t realise how good you’ve got it till you need them; I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Agria. Yes the policy isn’t the cheapest but sometimes it’s about how you’re treated at claim stage and Agria is worth the extra! Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

I did the insurance for my first dog online which was super easy. However having just got another pup, gave them a call to sort. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and really lovely to speak to. He reminded me of loads of things I had forgotten about about my first policy. How Shih-Tzu who is three years old had a poorly belly and had to go to the vets for checks and medications the bill went into a few hundred pounds but as soon as the vets sent the paperwork to Agria pet insurance they got in touch with me to tell me they have received the final bill from the vets and the money would be in my account in a few day as good as there word it was ,thank you so much Agria Reviewed on: 7th October 2022
